Little Rex – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Little Rex. Every Little Rex product is carefully inspected, and we stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once your claim is verified, we will handle the shipping claim and send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to contact the shipping carrier.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every customer to love their Little Rex purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Refund

The appropriate solution will be determined based on the circumstances of your order.

Return Requirements

If a return is approved:

  • The item should be returned in its original condition whenever possible.
  • Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Little Rex.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-Returnable Situations

Little Rex cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products modified or altered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Little Rex is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist with the shipping investigation.
